The order itself was fine, but the shipping took way longer than I expected. Tracking barely updated the whole time, so I was kind of left guessing when it would actually show up. I also couldn’t help wondering if there were some extra fees built in somewhere, because the whole shipping process just felt a bit unclear. Definitely not ideal if you need something quickly.

I’ve been using my unit from tenspros for a few weeks now, the battery life is solid. I don’t have to charge it after every use, which is apparently something I should be grateful for these days. It would be nice if it charged a little faster, but I guess you can’t have everything.

My package did eventually move, but the tracking updates showed up way too late to be useful. Based on this experience, I wouldn’t really count on their tracking to give you a timely idea of where your order is
